Refund policy

For a return/exchange of a item, it must be done within 15 days of when the order was  received, and a return shipping fee of $5.95 would be required.  Please contact us at: shopocnogi@gmail.com with name, and order # to start the return/exchange. 
In person return/exchanges can be done at 601 S. Euclid St. Fullerton Ca during normal gym hours. 

**Print on Demand**- print on demand orders return and refund policy are stated on there sites please read there policies before orders are placed. This orders are not housed or physically handled by OC Nogi.
